You can add embedded video to your entries. Here's how:

1) copy the "embed" code you see next to youtube and other videos
2) paste that code into your forum post
3) some of the codes out there are messed up when you copy them over so
a) hit backspace at the beginning of every line in the code
b) then hit the space bar
4) then click on "input format" under your entry
5) click on the "full html" option
