Hey guys sorry I was not very good this week we had a death in the family this week so I really didn't get much of a chance to study. I knew some about the Ladies, but not enough to do the show really well so that made me nearvous and thats why I kinda froze the whole time. Dad and Mike tried to keep me going, if it wasn't for them I would have cried haha, Thanks Pramit! When you came on I finally opened up a little, then when the show when off, and we was watching UFC I was like I could have at least tild him I was hoping for Diego to get a big win lol.

Does anyone else think she could move down to 125 if Elite XC had it? The move to 145 will be rough on her since she usally weighs in at 131 or so! I wonder if that was done for a reason?

We forgot to record the show last week, so it will be lost forever the good news is it was pretty bad, so if you missed it, you didn't miss much. I will be a lot better this week I promise. I had a million ideas, I just didn't do any of them lol. I have to admit thinking of the trip to San Fran, normal chores, and everything else has been a trip.

How did that start? from what I read and what I heard the Bodog guys say, she was one of the top people in the world with a instruments(spelling?) so she has a good thing to fall back on like many mixed martial artists. She was set to fight Tara untill she went to the AFL, and I will ask her who she wants but she has made that clear (Gina) but I wonder if the weight will hurt her? On the mat it may be a different story, if it gets there.
