All these weeks I was wondering why more people weren't using smileys. It turns out that unless you knew the character code you couldn't. Now, you should see a "Smileys" link when you reply.

Since this is a closed (capped at 15), member-run competition I don't know that I could donate a prize. However, you could ask for participants to throw money into a pot and the winner takes all. Something like that...
