The voters here and the

The voters here and the betting line all agree it's Silva. Why do I believe it will be Jardine, thus sending Silva packing to the MW division?

because you crazy. and i

because you crazy. and i think even if silva wins, he should still drop to MW and fight some of those guys, and when he beats them fight anderson silva!

Wrestle for 6 minutes then golf for an hour and see which one is harder.

i actually see jardine

i actually see jardine winning this one because he's going to employ the "leg kick-run away-leg kick-run away-punch-run away-leg kick-runaway" gameplan.

i don't know what you are

i don't know what you are refering to paps....haha

pretty much he's going to

pretty much he's going to run away the entire match and outpoint silva

i think jardine tries to

i think jardine tries to employ this strategy but it goes out the window when silva smothers him

Man, Paps, I would never

Man, Paps, I would never accuse Jardine of running away in a fight--he just fought a smart fight with Chuck, and there were a number of times when he moved in to punch because he knew he had an opening.

He definitely tried to finish it too, and both him and Chuck nearly got KO'd a couple of times, it was a great fight overall. He had to be careful when he engaged him because Chuck has a counter-fighting style and he would have been KTFO if he hadn't respected that (which almost happened in the 1st because he didn't BTW).

Whatever happens though, I'm sure there will be lots of leg-kicking. That guy is a leg kicking machine. The way he made hamburger out of the Iceman's ribcage still haunts me to this day...

I smell an avatar bet on

I smell an avatar bet on this one. I'm just feeling Jardine...

I'm with you on Jardine, and

I'm with you on Jardine, and I agree with Sanity, if he is a kick and punch than run away what do you consider Liddell the counter puncher wait-wait-wait-wait-pow. Both strategies are affective and good and it's not like Jardine didn't do a lot of damage. I like the "made hamburger" reference, that looked like raw meat without a doubt.

No doubt my wager's with the

No doubt my wager's with the 6'2" former bounty hunter from Butte, Montana too. He's much more of a BAMF than Jeremy May could ever hope to be, even if he got caught by Houston Alexander that one time. Kinda seems like he might've--just might've--gotten in a lucky punch on our boy after watching his last few fights now doesn't it?

I got Jardine in this one as

I got Jardine in this one as well.

sorry, i really didn't mean

sorry, i really didn't mean that he was going to pull a kalib starnes or anything. "run away" was a very bad term on my part.

i just don't think jardine (or greg jackson) is dumb enough to stand and brawl with silva. so i think the most logical gameplan, since jardine isn't known for his ground game, is to employ a leg-kick heavy arsenal with some smart cage movement so he doesn't get caught in a brawling war...very similar to his liddell gameplan.
